Clearspring Kombu is a thick, dried kelp seaweed used as the base for dashi (Japanese stock) and to add mineral-rich umami depth to soups, beans and simmered dishes. Simmer gently in water to extract flavour, then remove before it becomes bitter.

This 40g pack is a fundamental ingredient in Japanese cooking.

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
