Clearspring Kuzu Root Starch is a traditional Japanese thickener made from the root of the kuzu plant, giving sauces and desserts a smooth, glossy finish. Dissolve in cold liquid before adding to hot dishes to avoid lumps.

This 125g pack is made from a single ingredient and naturally gluten-free.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
