Clearspring Organic Gluten Free Buckwheat Flour is milled from organic buckwheat, giving a naturally gluten-free flour with an earthy, nutty flavour for pancakes, soba noodles and baking. Certified organic.

This 375g pack is gluten-free — note buckwheat flour behaves differently to wheat and often needs combining with other flours or a binder for structure.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
