Clearspring Organic Atlantic Wild Dulse is a reddish-purple seaweed harvested wild from the Atlantic, with a distinctive savoury, slightly smoky flavour once dried. Rehydrate and add to salads and soups, or toast lightly and crumble over dishes as a seasoning.
