Clearspring Organic Barley Malt Syrup is a rich, malty sweetener made from organic barley, with a deeper, more distinctive flavour than rice syrup. Use in baking, particularly bread and dark, malty bakes.

This 300g jar is certified organic. Contains barley and gluten.
