Clearspring Organic Hatcho Miso is a traditional Japanese miso made almost entirely from soya beans rather than a rice or barley blend, giving an intensely rich, dark and savoury flavour that's more concentrated than lighter miso styles. Use sparingly in soups, stews, marinades and sauces.

This 300g jar is certified organic. Contains soya and barley.
