Clearspring Organic Kukicha Twig Tea is made from the stems and twigs of the tea plant rather than the leaves, giving a naturally low-caffeine, mellow, slightly toasty tea traditionally drunk in macrobiotic cooking. Steep in hot water and strain before drinking.

This 90g pack is certified organic loose tea.

Organically grown roasted green tea twigs, stems and leaves.

Add 2 heaped teaspoons of tea to 250ml fresh water per person in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before serving.
