Clearspring Organic Shoyu Sauce is a traditional Japanese soy sauce, naturally brewed from soya beans and wheat for a well-rounded umami flavour distinct from wheat-free tamari. Use anywhere you'd reach for soy sauce — stir-fries, marinades, dipping sauces or seasoning rice and noodle dishes.

This larger 500ml bottle is certified organic. Contains soya and wheat.
