Clearspring Organic Ume Su Seasoning is the salty, sour brine left over from pickling umeboshi plums, used as a distinctive seasoning in place of vinegar or salt in dressings, marinades and rice dishes. Certified organic.

This 150ml bottle is a traditional Japanese seasoning — a little goes a long way.
