Clearspring Organic Umeboshi Paste is made from traditional Japanese pickled plums blended into a paste, intensely sour and salty, used in small amounts as a seasoning in dressings, rice dishes and marinades. Certified organic.

This 150g jar is a concentrated, traditional ingredient — a little goes a long way.

Japanese ume plums* (79%), sea salt (16%), shiso (perilla) leaves*. *organically grown.

  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
