Clearspring Japanese Yaemon Tamari is a naturally brewed, double-strength tamari made in the traditional Japanese style, giving a richer, more concentrated savoury flavour than standard soy sauce. Use anywhere you'd reach for soy sauce, adjusting quantity given its extra strength.
