Clearspring Sea Vegetable Salad blends wakame, agar and aka tsunomata seaweeds into a ready-to-rehydrate mix, giving a varied texture and mild oceanic flavour once soaked. Rehydrate in water, then dress with rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce for a Japanese-style side salad.

This 25g pack is dried for a long shelf life.
