Clipper Tea Hojicha Pure Powder is a 30g pouch of finely ground hojicha, a Japanese green tea that is roasted to give it a warm, toasty, nutty flavour and a russet brown colour.

Roasting gives hojicha a mellow, less grassy taste than matcha. Whisk half a teaspoon with a little hot water, then top up with steamed milk for a comforting hojicha latte, or add it to baking.
