Cocofina Coconut Flour is produced by grinding the defatted white coconut meat finely and is naturally gluten free. Simply replace up to 20% of regular flour with coconut flour. Coconut Flour has a high fibre content and need extra liquid. To reduce dryness, increase the liquid or fat amount by 20% in your recipe.
