Curcumin absorbs poorly on its own, and the various ways of getting round that are what separate one turmeric product from another.

Each capsule supplies 250mg of CurcuWIN Ultra+, providing 50mg of curcuminoids, together with 5 micrograms of vitamin D3 and 40mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

CurcuWIN is a branded delivery system, and the reason the curcuminoid figure here looks low next to a 500mg extract: the two are not measured on the same basis, so comparing the milligram numbers directly is misleading.

Lamberts' directions are one capsule daily, swallowed whole with water.
