Floral and smoky. Rose Harissa paste is an aromatic blend of spices featuring paprika, red peppers and Rose. Used widely in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, it's great as a punchy marinade for chicken, fish, meat and veg. Try harissa paste stirred through soups and stews, or liven up a Sunday lunch by brushing it over a chicken before roasting.
