Cysticlean is a concentrated cranberry extract, sold on the strength of one number: the amount of proanthocyanidins it delivers.

Each vegetarian capsule provides concentrated American cranberry extract, from Vaccinium macrocarpon, equivalent to 240mg of PACs. That is the figure to compare, because PAC content varies enormously between cranberry products and a juice or a low-strength capsule may contain a small fraction of it. Weight of cranberry alone tells you very little.

Take one capsule daily with water, preferably in the evening before bed.

This is a single-ingredient product rather than a blend, so nothing dilutes the cranberry content. The capsule shell is hydroxymethylcellulose, with magnesium stearate, and it suits vegetarians.

At one a day the 60-capsule box covers two months.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication, particularly anticoagulants, speak to your doctor before taking cranberry supplements.
