Seed & Bean build this bar on dark chocolate lifted with a dash of Sicilian lemon oil and the merest hint of ground cardamom, which pulls the whole thing somewhere faintly Middle Eastern. The citrus arrives first and the cardamom sits underneath it. A 75g organic bar in fully compostable packaging.
