Gluten free.No piece of cake Our corn cakes are popped then topped with the highest quality Italian chocolate. To make the cakes, we take whole corn kernels, salt & oil ^nothing else] and pop them under pressure to create light & crunchy discs. To ensure a thick & even coating we float the cakes in melted chocolate before air drying for the perfect bite, every time.
