Tart cherry extract works synergistically with magnesium, chamomile, and passionflower to enhance effectiveness.

Magnesium and folic acid support normal psychological function and nervous system health. Vitamin D3 and L-Theanine complete the formula for comprehensive sleep support.

Vegetarian-friendly and free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten, lactose, and yeast.
