Beneficial microbes:

bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic molasses used up.

Herbs, juices & minerals:

artichoke, barberry, dandelion leaf and root, fennel, milk thistle, moringa, oregon grape, shatavari and wormwood. Apple cider vinegar, sea water concentrate.

Adults: 15ml (tbsp) daily
Child: 5-15ml daily
Preferably before food
Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality
