Hojicha tea - High grade Organic Hojicha loose leaf tea, roasted blend grown in an award-winning mountainous plantation in Shizuoka. Hojicha has a woody aroma and is high in antioxidants and L-theanine, these induces calm and stress relief. It is 'sleep-friendly' and low caffeine due to the roasting process, making it a good choice for children, elderly or as a late-night drink.

About the Shizuoka tea farm - Cultivated at 400m above sea level, high in the Southern Alps of Shizuoka, among the highest tea plantations in Japan. Surrounded by clean air, pure water, and far from any industrial activity or pollutants. The perfect climate: cool, misty mornings and evenings, paired with warm days ideal for growing organic green tea.
