Dr Vegan have chosen chelated and active forms throughout, which is the main thing separating this from a supermarket multivitamin.

It supplies 24 nutrients including calcium as bisglycinate, magnesium as citrate, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol, iron as ferrous fumarate, vitamin C and choline.

Those forms are the point. Bisglycinates and citrates are chelated minerals, generally better tolerated than oxides; methylcobalamin is the active form of B12 rather than cyanocobalamin; and d-alpha tocopherol is natural vitamin E rather than the synthetic dl-alpha. Each substitution costs more than the cheap alternative.

The whole formula is vegan, which for a multivitamin means the vitamin D is plant or lichen derived rather than lanolin.

Take two capsules a day, together or separately, at whatever time suits, which gives a month from this pack.
