Inspired by the rich herbal and botanical traditions of the Mediterranean, we've blended camomile, valerian and lemon balm with a touch of lavender to help calm and unwind. A softly floral lullaby with a gentle soothing sweetness, the perfect night-time cup.

Organically grown camomile, lemon balm, liquorice, honeybush, valerian, lavender, sage and ashwagandha.

For a perfect cup use fresh, boiled water. Infuse for 2-4 mins according to taste.
