Dried Figs Organic 50g

Drying process begins on the tree, and then continue on the plastic sheets under sunlight. Figs are sieved and selected under UV lights to remove the fruits contaminated by aflatoxin, then washed with salty water, passed through X-ray scanner and handpicking on belt steps for removing any foreign material and defects like mouldy, spoilt or damaged. Selected figs are passed through from a hot water inside a boiler to make them soft and juicy, then weighed and packed automatically and passed through metal detector. After that, packages are pasteurised and put into the carton boxes. Naturally gluten free, no sugar added and a source of fibre.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
