Hilltop Energy Gels are made using natural ingredients honey, sea salt and coconut water that's it. No nasty chemicals, artificial sugars, or processed food. Each 30g gel contains 22gm of carbohydrate to help fuel your run, your ride, your race naturally. Consume 1 to 3 gels per hour to help you perform to your best and always keep hydrated whilst exercising.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
