Femipure combines botanicals with minerals from marine sources rather than from mineral salts.

It contains marine algae calcium, marine magnesium, red clover isoflavones, vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, KSM-66 ashwagandha standardised for withanolides, sage leaf providing rosmarinic acids, and mung bean.

Two things stand out. The calcium and magnesium both come from marine algae, arriving with the trace minerals the plant took up, and the ashwagandha is KSM-66 rather than unnamed root powder.

Red clover and sage are both long-established in formulas for this stage of life, and standardising the sage to its rosmarinic acid content is more informative than listing it by weight.

Take two capsules a day with food, giving a month from this pack.
