FOCUS Lion's Mane Mushrooms 60 Capsules

Grass & Co build this around lion's mane but add several things most mushroom capsules leave out.

It contains a 1:1 fruiting body lion's mane extract from Hericium erinaceus, Korean ginseng extract at 10:1, and an algal omega-3 powder providing 10 percent DHA, in a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose capsule.

Two details are worth noting. The lion's mane is fruiting body rather than mycelium grown on grain, which is the main quality divide in mushroom supplements. And the omega-3 is algal rather than fish-derived, so the whole formula stays vegan.

Grass & Co advise starting low and increasing gradually rather than beginning at the full amount.

Ginseng and DHA alongside the mushroom make this a broader formula than a plain lion's mane capsule, and worth comparing on that basis rather than on mushroom content alone.
