Foodin MCT Oil is a 250ml bottle of coconut-based MCT oil, made up of medium-chain triglycerides extracted from coconut. It is clear, almost flavourless and stays liquid at room temperature, unlike regular coconut oil.

Start with a teaspoon and blend it into coffee, smoothies or protein shakes, or drizzle it over salads and dressings. It is not suitable for frying.
