• Charcoal Detox Bar is a soap made with toxin absorbing activated charcoal, and the zing of rosemary and lime essential oils. Which, after a long and stressful day, will restore balance to tired skin.
• Activated charcoal is a wonder stuff that draws toxins out of your skin, while lime essential oil has an impressive array of properties, including being antiseptic, antiviral and antioxidant.
• Together with rosemary essential oil, to stimulate mental activity and lift your spirits, Friendly detox soap will leave you with a spring in your step!
• Each bar is handmade with Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Activated Charcoal Powder, Rosemary and Lime essential oils, water and nothing else.
• All Friendly soaps are Free from Palm Oil, Parabens, Sulphates, Triclosan, Phthalates and Cruelty, as well as being boxed in plastic free recycled (and recyclable) packaging.
• They are also registered with The Vegan Society, Cruelty Free International and have a Best rating with Ethical Consumer.

Sodium olivate, Sodium cocoate, Aqua, Butyrospermum parkii butter, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary ) essential oil contains limonene, Citrus aurantifolia (lime ) essential oil conatins citral, limonene, Charcoal powder.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
