Fushi Wellbeing
Amalaki 60 Capsules
- Amla, a revered Ayurvedic fruit
- Naturally rich in vitamin C
- Soothing on the digestive tract
Fushi Organic Amalaki is the whole Phyllanthus emblica fruit herb, ground to a powder and put straight into vegetable capsules, with nothing else added. There are no fillers, binders or flow agents, so each capsule holds 500mg of the herb itself. It is also known as amla or Indian gooseberry.
Amalaki is the dried fruit of the Indian gooseberry tree and one of the three fruits in the classic Ayurvedic blend triphala. Here it is on its own.
Fushi grind their herbs in small batches in London and fill the capsules within three days of grinding, rather than using powder that has been stored for months. The suggested amount is two capsules a day with food and water, so a bottle of 60 lasts a month. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
