Guggul 60 Capsules

Fushi Guggul is the dried resin of the Commiphora wightii tree, ground to a powder and put straight into vegetable capsules, with nothing else added. There are no fillers, binders or flow agents, so each capsule holds 450mg of the herb itself. It is also known as Indian bdellium.

Guggul is the resin of a small thorny tree native to India, and it is one of the classic ingredients of Ayurveda.

Fushi grind their herbs in small batches in London and fill the capsules within three days of grinding, rather than using powder that has been stored for months. The suggested amount is two capsules a day with food and water, so a bottle of 60 lasts a month. Guggul is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor before use if you take any medication, particularly for the thyroid or blood thinning. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
