Fushi Organic Ghee is clarified butter made from the milk of grass-fed cows, hand-churned and slow-cooked in the traditional Ayurvedic way, then strained to leave pure butterfat.

It has a deep golden colour and a rich, nutty flavour, and because the milk solids are removed it has a high smoke point, so it is ideal for frying, roasting and tempering spices. Use it as you would butter or oil, or stir it into rice and dhal. It keeps in the cupboard.

1. Our organic ghee butter can be used to substitute your cooking oil. Use as a cooking oil for sautéing, baking or frying, in any place where you would use oil or butter.
2. Fushi Pure Ghee Butter is also great for baking and can be used instead of butter, in many baking recipes.
3. For roasting vegetables, you can melt the ghee and drizzle over before baking.
