Fushi Wellbeing
Shatavari 60 Capsules
- Shatavari root, long valued in Ayurveda
- A traditional herb for women
- Fresh ground in small batches
Fushi Organic Shatavari is the whole Asparagus racemosus root herb, ground to a powder and put straight into vegetable capsules, with nothing else added. There are no fillers, binders or flow agents, so each capsule holds 400mg of the herb itself. It is also known as Indian asparagus.
Shatavari is the root of a climbing asparagus plant and one of the best-known herbs in Ayurveda.
Fushi grind their herbs in small batches in London and fill the capsules within three days of grinding, rather than using powder that has been stored for months. The suggested amount is two capsules a day with food and water, so a bottle of 60 lasts a month. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
