Fushi Shilajit Blend combines a shilajit extract standardised to a minimum of 20% fulvic acid with Fresh-Ground tulsi, kapikachhu and white musli.

Shilajit is a tar-like mineral resin that seeps from rocks in the Himalayas, and it is naturally rich in minerals including iron, calcium and zinc. Each capsule provides 500mg. The suggested amount is two capsules a day with food and water, so a pot of 60 lasts a month. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
