Triphala 60 Capsules

Fushi Organic Triphala is an equal blend of the dried amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki fruits, ground to a powder and put straight into vegetable capsules, with nothing else added. There are no fillers, binders or flow agents, so each capsule holds 520mg of the herb itself.

Triphala, meaning 'three fruits', is one of the best-known formulas in Ayurveda: equal parts of amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki.

Fushi grind their herbs in small batches in London and fill the capsules within three days of grinding, rather than using powder that has been stored for months. The suggested amount is two capsules a day with food and water, so a bottle of 60 lasts a month. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
