Garcinia Cambogia is a tropical fruit grown in Southeast Asia, India and Africa which resembles a small pumpkin. The fruit extract has been used for many years to aid weight loss, as it naturally contains an active component called hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which helps to block fat synthesis and suppress appetite. HealthAid GarciaSlim combines a high strength Garcinia Cambogia Extract with a standardised Ginger Root Extract, for its thermogenic and digestion stimulating properties and Chromium, to support normal metabolism and blood glucose levels.

Chromium (as chromium chloride) 50µg
Garcinia Cambogia Fruit Extract [standardised to min 60% HCA] 650mg
Ginger Root Extract [standardised to min 5% gingerols] 5mg

Garcinia Cambogia Fruit Extract (60% hydroxycitric acid), Bulking Agent (calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose), Disintegrant (croscarmellose sodium), Anticaking Agent (veg. stearic acid, veg. magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Chromium Chloride, Ginger Root Extract (Zingiber officinale) (5% gingerols), Coating (hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose).

One tablet daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. Can be increased to two tablets daily if required.
