A properly spicy ginger beer, organic, fermented and non-alcoholic, in a 350ml bottle. The fermentation is what separates this from a sweetened ginger soft drink: it drinks drier, with the ginger heat carrying right through to the finish rather than sitting under sugar. Good on its own and better with lime.
