Each tablet provides 2.5mg of gingerols, an important active constituent of this herb.

Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin), Ginger Root Extract (20:1), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid*), Magnesium Stearate*.

Take one to two tablets a day, with food and a drink.
