Glutathione (500mg) Blueberry 150ml

Glutathione is poorly absorbed as a plain powder, which is why liposomal liquids exist and why they cost more.

Each daily amount supplies 500mg of glutathione, wrapped in phospholipids from sunflower lecithin containing phosphatidylcholine. Alongside it are medium chain triglycerides, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6, vitamin E as a natural antioxidant, and sodium selenite. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The base is vegetable glycerin and purified water, flavoured with natural blueberry and mint, and it is made in the UK.

Shake before use, then take 5 to 10ml daily, one to two teaspoons, either straight or stirred into a cold drink or smoothie.

We also stock a 250ml bottle of the same liposomal glutathione if you get on with it and want a longer supply, and it works out better per millilitre.

At 5ml a day this 150ml bottle covers a month.

Keep refrigerated after opening. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
