These are griffonia gummies, which is an unusual format for this particular botanical.

Each serving supplies griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, the plant source of 5-HTP, in a base of glucose syrup, sucrose and water, set with pectin, with citric acid, trisodium citrate and coconut oil as a glazing agent, and passionflower.

Pectin rather than gelatin means these suit vegetarians.

Griffonia is normally sold as a capsule taken before bed with a carbohydrate snack. A gummy comes with its own sugar built in, which some will see as convenient and others as a drawback.
