Honest Toil is a small-batch extra virgin olive oil from Kyparissia, Greece, produced by Tom and Juli through a network of family-run micro-groves and local cooperative presses. Working directly with growers, the oil is fully traceable from grove to bottle. A unprocessed "olive juice", it reflects the people, place, and season behind each harvest.

Made from early-harvest Koroneiki olives, picked while still green and cold-pressed within hours, the oil is totally raw, unfiltered and unblended. It's vibrant and bright green, with fresh grassy notes and that signature peppery kick at the back of your throat - a sign of freshness and high polyphenol content. Produced with a low-intervention approach, it prioritises flavour and integrity over yield.
