This is the middle size in Golden Greens' chlorella tablets, and the one most people settle on.

The tablets are organic chlorella with a broken cell wall, and nothing else. Breaking the wall is not optional: chlorella's cellulose casing cannot be digested, so unbroken material passes straight through.

Their directions are eight to ten tablets daily, which is normal for chlorella and the reason pack size matters so much here. At that rate this pot lasts around a month.

The 120 tablet pot is barely a fortnight; the 450 runs to six or seven weeks. If you are trying chlorella for the first time, start here rather than committing to the largest size.

The tablets are small and taken by the handful, so they go down more easily than the count suggests. Golden Greens also do the same chlorella as a loose powder if swallowing eight at a time does not appeal.

Chlorella is a rich source of vitamin K, so speak to your doctor first if you take anticoagulant medication.
