Powder is the cheapest way to take chlorella by weight, and the practical choice if you are taking it daily.

This is organic chlorella powder with a broken cell wall, and nothing else in the tub. The wall has to be mechanically cracked before the contents can be digested, which is why every reputable chlorella states it on the label.

Golden Greens suggest 5g to 15g daily, one to three teaspoons, stirred into water, juice or a smoothie.

Compare that with the tablets, where the same daily amount runs to eight or ten at a time. Powder removes the swallowing entirely, at the cost of a strong, distinctly green taste that is much easier in juice than in plain water.
