Two capsules supply hydrolysed marine collagen from fish, hyaluronic acid, L-cysteine, ashwagandha root extract standardised to seven percent withanolides, grape seed extract and alpha lipoic acid, alongside vitamins C, E, D3, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin, with zinc and copper both supplied as bisglycinates.

The bisglycinate forms of zinc and copper are chelated minerals, generally better tolerated than oxides.

Applied Nutrition's directions are one serving, two capsules, daily with food. At that rate the pack covers a month.
