We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over ยฃ40.
Orders under ยฃ40 are charged ยฃ3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Delivery is charged at ยฃ10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at ยฃ15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
