Bromelain powder, Vegetarian capsule shell [Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC)], Silica, Veg. Magnesium stearate.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: one capsule daily with food. Can be increased to two capsules daily if required.
