HealthAid Bromelain 500mg contains a mixture of enzymes naturally found in the juice and stem of the pineapple plant. Bromelain supplements are commonly taken alongside meals or on their own as part of a general nutritional supplement routine.

Bromelain powder, Vegetarian capsule shell [Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC)], Silica, Veg. Magnesium stearate.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: one capsule daily with food. Can be increased to two capsules daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
