Adults and children over 10 years of age: one to two capsules daily. In extreme cases can take up to four for the first day and then reduce to one or two capsules daily. As part of a calorie controlled diet or slimming program for adults take one capsule daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
