Castor Oil (Ricinus communis), Gelatine, Glycerol, Purified Water. ** Should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women or people suffering from any gastric or intestinal disorders without consulting a qualified practitioner. Discontinue use if abdominal pain, diarrhoea or vomiting occurs.

Adults and children over 10 years of age: one to two capsules daily. In extreme cases can take up to four for the first day and then reduce to one or two capsules daily. As part of a calorie controlled diet or slimming program for adults take one capsule daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
