Adults and children over 16 years take a loading dose of 8 grams or two heaped teaspoons per day for seven days, then switch to a maintenance dose of 4 grams or one heaped teaspoon thereafter. Dissolve in warm water and drink. Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
