L-5-Hydroxytryptophan is an amino acid synthesized in the body from tryptophan and is used to make serotonin,an important brain chemical involved in mood, behaviour, appetite, and sleep. HealthAid's L-Griffonia helps support the production of this important substance for a healthy nerve and brain function.

L-5 HydroxyTryptoPhan [from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract] 50mg

Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily. Can be increased to four tablets daily if required. Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
